It is about the revenue ... I don't think they will cut back on preseason since they use it to make money, it's not about the playing time. Once the game is over, it is still really early, and everyone can celebrate Ahman Green returning to carry his team to victory. :-) Seriously though, I think the afternoon Friday game is to encourage more partying and having fun with the fam.
