juanruiz13
I usually use Ourlads for depth charts, but I think it's wrong for the Saints WLB... Ourlads: SLB - Fujita, Melton, Bockwoldt MLB - Fincher, Foreman WLB - Polley, Kuale, Simoneau NewOrleansSaints.com SLB - Fujita, Melton MLB - Fincher, Foreman WLB - Bockwoldt, Shanle, Polley Here are some notes for the team reports: --WLB Scott Shanle started against the Colts, just three days after the Saints obtained him in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys for a seventh-round draft pick. --WLB Colby Bockwoldt, who started the first two exhibition games at weak-side linebacker, was replaced Saturday night by Scott Shanle. --WLB Tommy Polley had arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder and will likely be sidelined for another two weeks. rajncajn
If I had to pick one right now I'd say it's going to be Shanle. But I do think Polley will be the starter once he's back healthy.

Apathy
yeah, ive been seeing that.. not listed on any cheat sheets and ive never heard of him... whats his story gasface, how can you not know your UConn Huskies football history? He was a rookie last year and played mostly special teams, but he was drafted (3rd round) with an eye toward MLB. So far the knock has been that he just doesn't "get it." But barring a trade for Donnie Edwards or somebody else, or a nod toward Jay Foreman, he will most likely be the starter come week one. For the 2nd straight week Foreman started over Fincer at MLB & Shanle started over Bockwoldt. Barring a trade for Edwards your opening day starters will be Shanle-WLB, Foreman-MLB & Fujita-SLB. That's not to say it will remain that way through the season, but that's what we've started the past two weeks & will likely start the season with. Simoneau could push his way in very soon as well. My suggestion would be to just stay away from Saints LBs alltogether.
