DexterDew Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 had to take him at 1.10 in a 12 team redraft. It was a choice of him, Cadillac, McGahee or Westy. It was a calculated risk since he was #4 or #5 RB before "the tackle", but had to play catch up at RB the rest of the draft and never did catch up... Â But I did feel I needed to back him up with some talent a bit earlier in later rounds. Got Gore at 5.6, then Droughns at 7.6 (no idea why he fell to me there). With LT and Portis I should roll if Clinton is relatively healthy. I could not believe he just kept falling. I was and still am quite pleased. My issue is not so much his injury, but I already have Willie Parker and Steven Jackson as keepers.
