DeezNuts
With Doug Gabriel gone from Oakland KFFL quietly reported today: Sep 2 Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports Oakland Raiders WR Ronald Curry has moved up to No. 3 on the team's depth chart with the departure of WR Doug Gabriel to the New England Patriots. What is strange is that Ronald Curry does not appear anywhere on the NFL.com's, Huddle.com's, or the official Raiders website's depth charts, like this guy doesn't exist, if he moved up to 3 doesn't that mean he was at 4 or 5 before??? Watching Curry play both hoops and football at UNC and then briefly with Oakland I think this guy, when healthy, might be worth taking a "deep" look at fantasy-wise. They are still not happy with Porter and with Oakland more than likely playing from behind they'll more than likely be in a lot of 3 receiver sets... any thoughts on this guy/situation? Raider.Nation
Where have you been man? Ronald Curry is the 2nd best talent on this team behind Moss and maybe Porter ahead of him. He just can't stay healthy. When players are on IR or PUP they don't list them on DC's on any websites. Hence why Curry was nowhere to be found. Once the season starts, he will be at no3. And could very well bump into no2 with Porter constantly in Al Davis' doghouse...
AtomicCEO
He's had two consecutive achilles injuries right? That's a real long shot to be healthy. But, I'm pulling for him.
Big Score 1
He's had THREE torn Achilles tendons. Two in the Pros & one in College. I'm about 99.9% certain he'll pop another if used much this year. He might last half a season.
