Menudo
http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06247/718962-66.stm Ward practices Hines Ward, listed as questionable, practiced yesterday but two others listed as questionable did not: Tuman (hamstring) and center Chukky Okobi (knee). "Hines got through the whole practice and seemed pretty good at the end," Cowher said. "He's good and ready to go."
Whiskey Pimp
Great, but with Ben out he might as well rest up and wait for the week 2 game.

I don't think Batch will do as badly as most seem to.FF wise,he'll suck. For what Pitt. will ask him to do,I think he'll be fine.
thecerwin
I wonder if Cowher is worried about playing with a QB minus the appendix? You do realize that the appendix is the organ that produces the clutch juice, right?

Batch actually went 2-0 last year, it was Maddox who sucked and went 0-2 in Ben's absence. Batch had a very strong pre-season, so, hopefully, he can perform well in these two weeks.
