Roller Coasters
So Greg Ellis is still listed by the Cowboys as a defensive lineman, but is really playing outside linebacker. Does this make more valuable and worth a start or should we wait a week or two to see what Ellis does?

Sgt. Ryan
Word is, Ellis will be a 2 down LB, and possibly a DE on passing downs, with Bobby Carpenter or Kevin Burnett coming in to also rush from the outside on 3rd and long. But if ellis struggles in his first game at LB, the boys could pull him and put Burnett inside and move Ayodele outside. Id plug him in for 2 solo tackles, 2 assists and a sack this week, and compare that to what you think your more established DE will do. For my leagues that is 9 pts. with 2 pts per solo tackle, 1 pt per assist, and 3 pts per sack including the tackle. Edited September 6, 2006 by Sgt. Sgt. Ryan
For the record Im benching Ellis in favor of John Abraham vs the Titans and Alex Brown vs the Pack.
