IMO, the projections are a good indicator of what a player SHOULD do, the start/bench is more an indicator of how likely the player is to achieve that goal. The Wolf Posted September 9, 2006 Share Posted September 9, 2006 For the sake of argument, I'd have to say the Start Bench List. The simple reasoning behind this is that this list is designed to only tell you which players to start or bench. That's it. When you try to Project values such as yardage, number of TD's scored or thrown, FG's and XP's kicked, it can get a heck of a lot more complicated. Either way, the lists are informative and entertaining. I know who I am playing anyway, but it sure does feel pretty good to see that my non-studs are projected well and picked to start.
