I don't think Mangini would have done that if he didn't have confidence that Chad is healthy and able to lead the offense (and I use the term loosely) effectively. Blaylock is listed as the #1 HB on the team depth chart, with Houston #2 and Barlow #3. Not sure that means much though. With Mangini being a chip off the Bellichick block, I don't think depth charts mean much to him. In fact, the team went out of its way to say it is an "unofficial" depth chart. Who are you going to focus on stopping? Derrick Blaylock? Lavereus Coles? Jerricho Cotchery? Whoever's playing tight-end? Think about it. It doesn't make sense to game-plan for any of these guys. Vet, chin up.... we're going to be a winning team for one week, anyways. Maybe Lendale gets another suspension this week, and we get to see him smiling on the sidelines in street clothes with that gold hubcap he wears around his neck again. I gotta git me una dos! Congrats on the season tix! I had them for the last two years at Shea... and held onto them for three years after they started to play in Jersey. The trip was just too long.... 4 hours to get home from the 4 o'clock games sometimes. I "gave" them to a friend, with the understanding I could take the tix pretty much when I wanted.... but now his son has 'em.... I haven't called that favor in for about five years. He'd probably not even know who I was! I hear they are now second row, mezzanine level, at the forty. I use Stub Hub for the one or two games I get to now. I make up for it by going to training camp a lot.... but soon, that will be gone to another state too. Hey.... I'm looking for 6 wins. 7 would be nice. I think the D can keep us close enough to win more than what the pundits predict. We won't be doormats though.... and a whole lot of people think this team will draft in the 1 slot next year.
