NinersIn2006!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I think you are going to lose...unless your scoring system is 1 point for 20 yards and no points for receptions...but if you are in a typical scoring system (1 point every 10 yards and 1 pt per reception), I wouldnt lose any sleep over it.... xagent0024
It is strictly performance, no points for receptions. If Oakland can hold Gates to less than 35 yards and no TD's (hah), then I win. I know I am in trouble, but at least he has to beat me and not the other way around. NinersIn2006!
Welllll....if no points per receptions, then you may have a shot...but I hope for your sake if he is going to break 35 yards, he does it early... There is NOTHING WORSE than seeing the guy you need to not do well not do anything for three quarters, then he gets that meaningless TD when the team is down by 21 to do nothing except screw you over...that happened to me like three times last year! Good luck!
xagent0024
Thanks, I need all the luck I can get. I swear that if that happens, which it seems to a lot, then I may not make it through the game!!
BigTen
There is one thing worse than your situation...WHen a nobody team owner who never looks at a magazine, website, etc... until one hour before the draft and he beats you in week one with a team full of surprises/reaches that work out for him. haywood
I'm playing a dude who drafted Domanick Davis in the 2nd round. He's dumb as rocks. He drafted Donte Stallworth way too early, got a break when he was traded to Philly, and now may beat me because of it. It doesn't help that he has Jeff Wilkins. This sucks.
