hause62
I know...one week and I'm a homer . But they looked pretty good for such a young team. Is it just my blind homerism or does anybody else agree??
Kid Cid
Didn't they wax the Pats 31-0 to start last season? How'd that turn out?

Is it just my blind homerism or does anybody else agree?? they lost on a safety. i mean who the hell loses a game by a safety. what the hell were they thinking??? there is 8-9 minutes left in the game, they're tied against the perennial NE powerhouse on the road and they call a play for your QB to drop back into the endzone??? bush league imo. it's going to be a long season i'm afraid. Brownsfan420
The bills really need to get a quality QB up there. Losman is not the answer.
Vet
I watched the Bills-Pats game. I thought the Bills looked good. I thought the Pats got lucky to win. The I remembered that there is no luck with the Patriots, Tedy Bruschi simply used the old Jedi mind trick and convinced the Buffalo OL to allow the Pats to throw Losman to the ground in his own endzone for a game-winning safety. How many friggin' game-winning safeties do you see?!
Menudo
The bills really need to get a quality QB up there. Losman is not the answer. Granted, I didn't watch the whole game, but, I thought Losman looked pretty good.

I guess you could blame him for the safety. But those are the breaks for a young team..
msaint
saw the whole game. bills defense was swarming at first and keeping brady more off-balance than i can remember recently. they looked very fast, very good. then they seemed to be shaken after the stuff on 4th and inches, followed by the 93-yard drive for TD to faulk. and they were also (justifiably) shaken by the NON TD on the interception by donte witner on an absiolutely horrific throw by brady. why the refs blew the whistle i have no idea as witner (1) didn't go out of bounds and (2) the block in the back penalty should have been assessed after the play. seemed like the bills just packed it in after that. from where i was sitting, losman, while pretty sharp early, looked rattled when the game was close. does not inspire confidence. Ig uess I'm just happy we did not get blown out of the water. The fact that we had a chance to win at the end of the game was pretty sweet in my rosie colored homer glass covered eyes. So I guess I was not hoping for to much. Just some improvement from last year.
