Ziachild007
7 carries for 147 yards and 2 TDs (almost 3, but he has pushed out at the 3). All of this with 1:12 left IN THE 1ST QUARTER!!!!! Edited September 15, 2006 by Ziachild007
samboy
I didn't think you could advance a fumble into the end zone.
Ziachild007
I didn't think you could advance a fumble into the end zone. I think because of the fact that it was fumbled at the 3, but landed in the end zone.
Big John
I didn't think you could advance a fumble into the end zone. NCAA rules are different than NFL rules on this.
samboy
Interesting.....I think for the next Thursday game, the NCAA should bring a ref that is actually capable of forming words with his mouth. Did you hear that guy try to explain the ruling? I am probably just bitter and having flashbacks from last years sugar bowl. samboy
NCAA rules are different than NFL rules on this. Actually, South Carolina fumbled into the end zone against my beloved Bulldogs this weekend, and it appeared that UGA had recovered for a touchback in the endzone. Guess again, it was UGA ball on the 2... If we can't benefit from their advancing fumble, how can the offense? Timmypg
It depends on the amount of time left and the down. I believe you can't advance fumble on 4th down or with under 5 minutes to go in the half/game.
