cliaz
I am watching the coach Gibbs show and he takes viewer emails and this one dude asked “I thought Duckett was going to replace Portis at the Goal Line?” Gibbs response was: “Duckett wasn’t put in because we were not in a Goal Line situation but yes Duckett is going to replace Portis in goal line situations.” From the Horses Mouth. fruhoff
Gibbs will eventually learn....that the whole world will come at Duckett...whereas with Portis in the backfield there are so manh more options (run, screen, pass in the flat, QB bootleg, pass to WR, etc.). They limit themselves far more using Duckett in goal line situations. ATL was built to run...WAS is not... ...poor PORTIS....

BillyBalata
Jeebus, as a Portis owner, I'll consider worrying about Duckett AFTER freakin' Portis makes it back into the starting lineup. I figured after losing by only 5 pts last week, with Carson Palmer only scoring me 5 pts and Portis on my bench and scoring enough pts in part time play to win my matchup, I was set to take off the rest of the year.
