from nfl.com:

On second-and-goal from the Vikings 9-yard line, Clark started out in a pass pattern, but immediately came up lame. He limped into the end zone and dropped to one knee before walking off the field.

Bears trainers then took Clark on a cart back to the locker room to be examined.

He had actually hurt the foot a play or two before. He had a pass off the left side of the field and was hit and kind of got the foot rolled over on in an awkward way. Went off to the sideline and had it looked at for a second. Then when he came back out on the field, he tried to push off the line and obviously it just didn't allow him to do anything. Just guessing, but I wouldn't expect him to miss any games due to it, but of course, I'm no Doctor, but I did stay... nevermind...
