Randall
Who is your choice?
tbimm
I think Maroney has the best chance but I went with Colston. Not necessarily because of the homer aspect but because if the Saints continue to play well I think Colston will garner more support due to the inevetible media hype surrounding the rebuilding of the region! Hugh 0ne
Cutler and Leinart haven't seen a snap yet. You want to know who should be the OROY now, 3 games and 1 bye week into the season?
Duchess Jack
had then not passed on me in the first (or seventh for that matter)..........
Randall
Cutler and Leinart haven't seen a snap yet. You want to know who should be the OROY now, 3 games and 1 bye week into the season? Sure why not? It's just an opinion and little is happening right now. I'll post a poll halfway through and later in the season to see what kind of movement we have. You are correct Vince Young or a complete unknown may appear week 12 and take the award, but like I said it's just an opinion. It's a gauge on who is stepping up at the moment. At the moment Colston, Maroney and Greg Jennings(my homer vote) look good. Colston is somewhat unique. He could be a TE and will probably be a god red zone target. Avernus
I am acting as if we'd choose now....and if I were to choose now, I'd say Colston as he is a key component to a 3-0 team and is consistently producing...
Pope Flick
Rex Grossman. I've never seen him play before - he's a rookie, right?
Perchoutofwater
It is really too early to tell, so I voted other. I don't think Bush will get it, unless it is rigged like last nights game . McAllister will still too many touches, and Colston is likely to steal some of his votes. Morency is a good front runner right now, but if Chad Jackson steps up, he could steal some of his votes. If I had a gun to my head and had to make a decision right now, I'd say Morency but am not all that confident in that. The dark horse candite I like is Maurice Drew. He is one fragile freedy ouch from being the man full time, and is currently out perfoming fragile freddy anyway. Drew has skills, if he was only a couple of inches taller he probably would have been taken much higher in the draft.
Gros Membres!
I don't think Bush will get it, unless it is rigged like last nights game That's what I was thiking ( but probably will be Maroney is he continues and takes over the job from Dillon full-time. Maroney will be pounding the rock up in NE all winter long. Edit: added my sarcasm Edited September 26, 2006 by Gros Membres!
bigdadreed
It's obviously Maroney. He is the only candidate listed famous enough to go by just one name.
