Sugar Magnolia
It's a she said, he said but... My brother is an avid Bengal fan, season ticket holder, and professional writer, and author of the book, Day By Day In Cincinnati Bengal History. Mostly he is an author of baseball history and a historian, and has written books on the Reds, Cubs, Cardinals and Red Sox. He told my mother that Chris Henry being in the car with Odell Thurman and being intoxicated was a violation of his probation and could lead to him being put in jail. That's all I know, and just a rumor of course. I left a message with my brother to get more info. Since Henry is a popular WW pick-up right now, I thought it was worth mentioning. Randall
If his probation prohibits it it probably is. The probabtion dept may not pursue it. He wasn't arrested. Often the police will hold people who violate probation, but to be revoked probation is harder than parole. In most caes there would be a hearing. With parole they usually just grab and hold you. It's probably nothing unless he's arrested but you never know.
