"On 09/26/06 at approximately 7:51 p.m., RO/S were dispatched on a call by Dallas Fire and Rescue regarding comp attempting suicide by prescription pain medication.

Upon arrival RO/S found comp being stabilized by DFD #703 in the ambulance. RO/S then responded to Baylor Hospital per DFD’s request for immediate transport and treatment. RP #1 was interviewed by R/OS at Baylor Hospital. RP stated that comp stated that he was depressed. RP noticed that comp’s prescription pain medication was empty and observed comp putting 2 pills in his mouth. RP attempted to put her fingers in comp’s mouth to retrieve the pills.

RO/S were told by RP that the prescription of 40 pills that was filled on the 18th of September, and that comp had only taken 5 pills up to this date.

During an interview of the comp, comp was asked if he had taken the remainder of the prescription, at which time the comp stated, “Yes”.

On further interview of comp, comp was asked if he was attempting to harm himself, at which time the comp stated, “Yes.”

Comp was treated by Baylor Medical staff for a drug overdose.

Sgt. Spila #5251 and Duty Commander Ward were notified..NFI."

Though posted before this report is interesting as it paints a different story than the one Kim says happened. After her statement it does bring up the question as to why the first responders said one thing while she says another.

It's like when you interview a suspect about where they were and what happened on the scene and then they change the story once they are interrogated back at the station.

Inconsistencies in the story … you get the I do not remembers but after a few hours you get the truth.

Thanks.

That's been out there for about 9 hours, but thanks.

True but looking at it now really makes the press conference look a little bit silly ... that's the point.

BTW, note the "though posted before comment." :D

OK, I see what you're saying.

Here's two things that Kim said she did not do or did not remember at the press conference but it's two things in the report.

1. RP stated that comp stated that he was depressed.

2. RP attempted to put her fingers in comp’s mouth to retrieve the pills

I'm a die-hard Cowboy's fan but something is wrong with this girls story. TO has the haze story to cover his ass but she's not doing much to cover his.

Based upon what you've posted in another thread, I'm finding it hard to believe that you aren't suggesting that the cops broke into T.O.'s abode and forced the pills down his throat at gunpoint and then made up the whole story posted above.

I agree with you. I think she's the impetus behind this whole thing. She probably found TO a little groggy and saw an opportunity to get her name out there.

She blew her cover when she said Terell had "25 million reasons to live". She's a money grubbing, attention seeking girlie.

She'll be on Larry King Live before the end of the week and she'll milk this story for as much attention as she can get for as long as she can get it.

At ease, officer. You're off duty.

I find it hard being his pr person that she is doing this for money.....she saw a friend incoherent and and empty bottle of pills... panicked and dialed 911.... and thought he took them all... and now embarrassed about the situation is trying to change her story.... As far as the depressed comment... she was obviously panicky and shocked by the situation.....the cops could of easily asked her if he was upset about anything and she could of said he was depressed about being injured. Its just a matter of the media blowing something out of porportion !!!!

This is pretty much the way I read this situation. She finds her friend/client/meal ticket sick & an empty prescription bottle. TO is too groggy to give a satisfactory accounting of the missing pills & so she panics, assuming the worst. She tells the emergency personnel that she thinks it is a suicide attempt, & they quite logically proceed under that assumption, trying to elicit confirmation from a groggy TO. Once the medical emergency passes, TO's publicist realizes that she has helped to create a PR nightmare for her client & proceeds to spin control, developing a case of amnesia about the night's events & casting aspersions on those who leaked the info to the press.

I'm expecting the release of the transcript of the 911 call to validate the above version of events. But I doubt the public will never learn the complete truth. That won't stop us from speculating madly in the absence of (or alternatively in complete disregard of) the facts. :D
