theeohiostate
Rotoworld There is speculation that Chris Henry could be deactivated for Sunday's game because he was involved in Odell Thurman's DUI arrest. Henry was in the car at the time Thurman was pulled over and reportedly threw up out the window. WR Antonio Chatman is practicing again, so it would be an easier for move for coach Marvin Lewis. We won't know his decision until Sunday morning.
Hugh 0ne
Good news for Chad Johnson owners. Henry's a time bomb waiting to explode. 3 DUI's since December, and now this. He either gets his head out of his ass, or he'll become a mini KRob.

Hugh 0ne
What would Chris Henry be in trouble for here...public intoxication? I think it's as much a perception thing now with the team/league officials. If he was a model citizen, I don't think it would be a big deal, but with his very recent history, this can not be a good thing.
PaulOttCarruth
What would Chris Henry be in trouble for here...public intoxication? I think he was ordered by a court to stay away from alcohol.
lhamp
What would Chris Henry be in trouble for here...public intoxication? I think the fact that he was drunk is in violation of his last probation... read something about that, but not exactly sure of the details. Bill Swerski
What would Chris Henry be in trouble for here...public intoxication? I'm not sure if the NFL treats alcohol in the same way that they treat illicit drugs, but the fact that Henry has 3 DUIs since December means that he's probably in some sort of league-mandated alcohol counciling right now. And he's probably under some sort of probation as well. He may have violated the terms of this probation with this latest incident.
Bill Swerski
I think he was ordered by a court to stay away from alcohol. Wow, that's even worse than violating the league's policy.
Hugh 0ne
This was after the 3rd arrest, trying to find more recent information, stay tuned. Hugh 0ne
This doesn't necessarily apply, but I found it while searching, and thought it was interesting. Hugh 0ne
Here we go: http://www.wcpo.com/news/2006/local/09/26/henry.html In the wake of O'dell Thurman's arrest for drunk driving, Kenton County authorities are now looking into whether his fellow Bengals teammate, Chris Henry, violated the conditions of his bond. Henry was in the same vehicle Thurman was driving when he was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint. Chief Prosecutor Ken Easterling is investigating whether Henry consumed alcohol that night. Earlier this year, Henry was charged with providing alcohol to underage girls in Covington. If Henry is found in violation of his bond, he could return to jail. They're investigating if he consumed alcohol that night? Nah, it musta just been some bad shellfish. Yes ESPN reported that as well. That is serious as it is a condition for staying on probation.
