nhoops
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2609259 and even with this the Pats could win (optimistic homer view). If Dillon and Maroney can control the clock and pound the ball we have a chance in say a 20-17 game. If Palmer goes off and we can't get to him it will be a long day. It will hurt less later.
Bushey
Not a problem for the genius. Just insert Brown. He can play both ways. What a sad sack of a team. The Pats upper management have really dropped the ball this year. Let's see, why not take every receiving option away from our franchise QB? Way to treat Brady you fools. I just don't understand this attitude. What would have been foolish would be to overpay for Branch and/or Givens. I don't understand why so many fans are pissed at the organization. As I see it, Branch took himself away from the franchise. He was still under contract. If anything, I'm upset with him.

You are correct about players not playing out their contract, but they knew that there was a good chance that Branch would not be in uniform and they did not address this situation. I am not pissed at this organization, I just think they were foolish and naive. This isn't the first player to not play out his contract. Seems common now, but it is wrong. You are right about that. I was afraid they might both be out. This is the first time in a long time I've felt the Pats have been such a heavy underdog in a game.
