Defense bye week filler

I have Seattle's D on Bye this week and need to find a team to replace them this week. First off which player of mine should I drop to pick up a D? My thoughts are Seattle or Rod Smith. Also which defense should I pick up, below are the list of defenses available. I am leaning towards, KC, STL, Dal, MIA, and NE. Thanks for the help.

First, add the KC defense, no doubt. They shut out San Fran last week and this week they face a rookie QB in his first start. Cut Smith. KC D might not be great after this week and Seattle will bounce back.

Same situation!

 

AZ receivers scare me too much in a def points for low score/yardage league. I'm going with NE. Culpepper has been sacked a ton and I figure NE's upside may not be as high, but you're going to get a few sacks and a couple turnovers for sure.
