turk79 Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 I just got offered this trade in my league which is a typical 12 team performance league (redraft, start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, D) with PPR S. Smith for M. Colston and F. Taylor This trade would leave me thin at RB's but I don't think I can pass up an opportunity to get an elite WR like smith, and I think Colston like all rookies will wear out a little at the end of the year. What do you guys think. Rosters below. My team QB: C. Pennington, S. McNair, P. Rivers RB:L. Johnson, F. Gore, T. Jones, F. Taylor WR: L. Fitzgerald, J. Cotchery, M. Colston, M. Jones, J. Horn TE: A. Gates His Team QB: J. Delhomme, B. Johnson, A. Smith RB:R. Brown, R. Bush, J Adai, J. Norwood WR: S. Smith, H. Ward, T. Williamson, M Furrey, D. Branch TE:B. Watson Thanks for the help Yes, I would trade. Smith will only get better. Plus, he's Carolina's main offensive engine. Colston did great week 4, but I can't see him being nearly as consistent as Smith. F. Taylor's a loss, but it's worth it here. By the way, you should definately start T. Jones this week.
