Teatime_Ninjas
Here's some info I found at least a little hopeful that Westy plays this coming week: When Reid was asked whether Westbrook's knee was worse last night than at any other time, he replied, "It was on game day, yeah." Still, Reid insisted that Westbrook was feeling better today and that he wasn't concerned that his knee injury could be more serious than originally thought. "When you have the bone bruises, there is always the chance that there is something going on with the cartilage, and that's why we have been holding him out," Reid said. "But we think he is going to be all right this week." MERLINS
The fast Dallas LB Corp is gonna bruise him good. I hope he plays. Then my CBuck will be a better option down the road.

If you didn't see the game, read some of these other boards on CBuck, or check the stats from last night. He absolutely blew his chance to be the starter after not being able to hold onto the ball against a mediocre GB D. I would look for Moats to move into the backup role for good. I agree with you 100%...Correll Balldropper..uh..I mean Goal-linefalter...uh..I mean Buckhalter lost the confidence of the coach and the team after that 2nd drop inside the 5... MERLINS
NO way...... CBuck is a favorite of the Eagles staff. The first fumble was all sorts of McNabbs fault. Any fumble from QB to RB is generally the fault of teh QB who did not look the ball into the rbs gut. Anyone who has played that position(s) knows that a rbs eyes must be looking downfield not in his belly. As far as the 2nd fumble, sure........CBuck didn't protect it, sure, but you have to acknowledge this is a guy that has tons and tons of rust......the fact that he is even on the field right now is a comeback story. Notice how the Eagles staff still had him in the game following the 2nd fumble? I did. He is unquestionably the back up to Westbrook. Moats / Mahe are nothing more than scat backs and change of pace runners. This I am sure. Buckhalter will get his. Monday night was the beginning. First fumble was McNabbs fault, the second one was Buckhalters. Check the stats for that game, they gave the fumble to McNabb. However, he still needs to hold onto the ball. I'm not sure why, maybe an agravation, but that isn't good.

iceman1977
moats is the man if westy sits which I believe won't happen,I HAVE A GOOD FEELING Reid felt week 4 was a good match up to rest Westy, not saying he wasn't favoring his knee, more the reason,His bye isn't week until week 9 and the Packers could be the weakest team till then.Just a comercial the westy show is back on this sunday... ALSO I THINK REID IS ENJOYING THIS LIKE SHANAHAN DOES.COWBOYS DEFENSE IS PROBALY SICK OVER WHO TO PLAN FOR
