Cowboyz1
Ok here we go. Cowboys Philly I Storylines: TO going back to Philly- bad news for Philly's secondary. Cowboys O Line vs. Cole and company- I will call it even Bledsoe and company vs. a banged up Philly secondary-bad news again for Philly Mcnabb the Green Meat Slab vs. Cowboys rotating front- Mcnabb runs for his life and cries when it's over. Prediction: Cowboys by 10. That's right 10. Cowboys 28 Eagles 14 So here's how it plays out. TO shows just how dominate he can be when pissed. However, it is not how you expect. He will command double and triple coverage which allows T. Glenn and Witten to run free down the middle. If Philly gets arrogant or has an ego trip, and tries to single up on TO, then he goes off and shows just how stupid that decision was. JJ has an average day but Barber runs like a horse and gets 80 yards and two scores. Dallas's Defense uses the same lane control pass rush that they did in Tennessee, forcing Mcnabb to throw early and into the grass or over the receivers heads like he always does under pressure. Westbrook is held in check due to his gimpy leg, while Buck and Moats do nothing but fumble and run into brick walls named Spears, Ellis, Fergy and James. Reggie Brown the human stick drops 5 balls while Stallworthless pulls up again with a hammy. Greg Lewis, aka bird legs II does nothing as usual. Basically, the Cowboys secondary will be way too much for Philly's receivers. Philly has not impressed me at all; in fact this could be another blow out. The wheels start coming off this week Philly fans so get your whiskey ready, your wife into a shelter, and give the dog to friend for the week. Sig bets are all covered! I understand if all you Philly fans pass. But if any of you feel like getting froggy.......Jump.
ebartender
You predict the Cowboys win by 10 and then say the score will be 28-14. I agree this will be a tough test for the Eagles. If Westbrook, Stallworth, Reggie Brown, Lito Sheppard, and Rod Hood are all out then I can't see how the Eagles pull this one out. Hell, even if only Westbrook is out it will be tough. However, I do think the Eagles have played pretty well so far. Granted they played 3 bad teams out of 4, but that is how the schedule worked out. They also beat the Giants for 3 quarters until the meltdown. I want to see the Eagles beat a good team beofre I start predicting playoffs, but I am pretty happy up to this point. Cowboyz1
You predict the Cowboys win by 10 and then say the score will be 28-14. I was going to give them a field goal but I decided against it. The second seven comes in garbage time which you can't account for. Garcia might muster some last minute points so I thought I would give myself a little cushion.

ebartender
Goons in Philly looked pretty tame last night, should be a different story come Sunday. Now I don't know about this coming Sunday, but overall the Linc has been much more calm then the Vet was. You will still have the same group of idiots who get too drunk and do something stupid. FishFreak
I'll reserve my prediction until later this week. The Eagles are severly banged up.
Pitbull739
I could care less who wins, but I would love to see Donovan zip a pass to the sidelines and drill TO when he is busy preening himself.
StormChasers
TO has never hurt a Jim Johnson run DEF...except when he was on the Eagles last year
StormChasers
1 thing Additional...Roy Williams broke TO's leg at the Linc and the last time TO played in Philly against the Eagles his season was ended by Michael Lewis (shoulder injury if I am not mistaken)
Cowboyz1
I'll reserve my prediction until later this week. The Eagles are severly banged up. Yeah, I do wish they were not so banged up, it kind of takes the luster out of the game some. I'd like to see us stomp them at full strength, then there are no excuses. Same thing with Washington this year. The victory would have been much sweeter with Portis on the field. That said, I will borrow a quote from that Philly fan this past Sunday. Hurry up and get well Philly, so we can hurt you!
TDFFFreak
If we have a healthy Westbrook on the field, the Eagles can win this one. Without Westy in the game, Cowboys in a dogfight. That pains me to say as an Eagles fan...

Cosmo-J
I think if anyone has the right to be pissed and elevate their performance for this game it's McNabb. He's the one that ultimately took the high ground in the scrap with TO and is doing everything in his power this season (and effectively so) to show his Eagle's teammates that he is the leader on this team. McNabb is going to want to go out there and distribute the ball to whatever healthy receivers he has and load up the passing yards and TD's for a win to show TO that the Eagles don't need TO. McNabb throws for 37 TD's in this one and Eagles win 259-16. Okay, so maybe it won't be that much, but McNabb's performance will overshadow TO... Kansas State 2000
TO has not been a deep threat for Dallas (Glenn has) minus one 46-yarder this week vs the Titans. He has dropped or had knocked out two TD's in three games. Does anyone really expect Bledsoe to have the confidence in him to give him the throws he'll wants in the redzone? TO wants to stick it to his old team but I believe the only way he'll do that is possibily with the final score.
Perchoutofwater
If Westbrook and Stallworth are healthy enough to contribute, then it will be a close game with the Cowboys win by 3-7 points. If one of the two is unable to go or is unproductive Dallas wins by 7-14 points. If both are out or unproductive, Dallas wins by 14-17 points. The only way that the Eagles can win is if they force Bledsoe to turn the ball over multiple times. While the Eagles have the pass rush to do this, I'm not sure their beat up secondary can hold up their end of the deal.
Cnote187
Eagles by 11+ if only Westbrook Plays Lito and Reggie Brown are practicing the only question mark is Stallworth, roderick hood is erelevant, if we have sheldon brown and Lito Shepard on the Field , and they both will be there Eagles By 15 or so The simple fact is, The Eagles have the better Offensive and Defensive line, and Bledsoe can't move Edited October 4, 2006 by Cnote187

I'd be much more worried if we have to go without Westbrook as opposed to Stallworth. (As I said above.) Now if we go without both, I have a real hard time seeing the Eagles win this game, but stranger things have happened...
Scourge
Dallas has no shot at all of coming into Philly and winning this game. You Cowboys fans can wish and pray all you want.. Analyze this, analyze that.. Bottom line is McNabb can take this team and strap them on his back and win this game by himself as long as the defense had an average game. The lines on both sides of the ball are in the Eagles favor.. I don't know what the DB who started this thread was thinking when he said that the Eagles D line and the Boys O line are even.. It is not even close, even without Kearse, The Eagles D line is nasty. Westbrook will play and you will lose, badly. Christmas might be a different story, but you sorry ass cowboys fans are in for some disappointment. Eagles 38, Pukes 17 Mark it down. rondo
Cowboys will go into the Linc confident, healthy, and focused. One man cannot match all of the talent that the Cowboys' hold on their roster. McNabb is good, real good, but come on now... this isn't the Rose Bowl. Cowboys win a close one - 27-24 Y'all better not be throwin' batteries at our Center's head, niether! Cowboyz1
No worry they will be to busy tossing prescription bottles at TO. That is if they have any left. As banged up as the Eagles are I am quite sure there's some pill popin going on behind the seens and none of them have the nut sack to play well while hurt, like TO!
