TheCMB
I desperately needed WR help, and could afford to lose Jones. Fair deal? Should I have gotten more in return?
rew70
IMO, I would've thought you could've got more than Walker for Jones. RBs are a premium in most leagues and Walker has sputtered this year in Denver and Plummer just isn't good. It's not terrible and you didn't get fleeced, but I think you may have been able to upgrade just a tad higher than Walker and Jacobs. You gave away 2 starters, and productive ones at that, for a 2nd string RB and an underachieving WR on a running team.
TheCMB
Thanks - sometimes it's tough to get fair value when other teams situations don't fit. I'm hoping Walker will get better as the year progresses, coming off his knee injury last year. I didn't need Watson - have Gates and he would have to struggle for about 6 more weeks before I'd consider benching him.
