theeohiostate
Arkansas is beating the Tigers at every facit of the game in the first half. If the game remains close and Auburn still gets the win, that won't be enough to hold off USC from overtaking them in all the polls.
theeohiostate
Auburn down 24-10 late in the 3rd. Didn't USC beat this team by like 45 points or something like that? OSU and USC the clearcut top 2 LSU and Florida hasn't played, but i love Florida this year, and a win puts them into national title contenders with Michigan as well. Bushey
Auburn looks like a team that can't come from behind. This could get much worse. As far as which team is #2, who knows. I think Michigan looks better than USC and I am a big Pac 10 homer. OSU is clearly #1. If LSU could somehow get in there, their defense would give OSU some trouble, but it would still be about a 10 point difference at least. theeohiostate
Tommy T. should have kept his pie hole shut this week. Popping off about the BCS and SEC in relation to Auburn being the #1 team in the country. Should've waited to voice his opinon till AFTER the BCS came out or AFTER the season. This just makes him look like an idiot, getting slapped by Arkansas who lost to USC by 40 or something close

theeohiostate
with the Auburn loss and USC struggling, i see Florida or WV possibly both jumping them.

Whatever helps you get over a horrible loss. 3 INTs, 2 fumbles with one at the 2 ft. line and one on a muffed punt, a muffed kickoff, a blocked punt. Please, you must be blind! Please, you must be blind! LOL alright dude. We had nothing to do with forcing those fumbles, having good coverage on those balls thrown for interceptions. You're absolutely ridiculous, I hate when numbskulls like you try to downplay a big loss by throwing out lame excuses. Tebow was faking, running, throwing and everything all over you guys. It was like stealing from a baby, that's how easy it was exploiting your D today. Now you come on here acting like you guys gave us the win. Get the F out of here man. By the way, on that muff; he got it back and we had a nice tackle wich sent the ball into the endzone resulting into a safety. But I'm sure he meant for the ball to fall out of his hands and into the endzone right? Edited October 8, 2006 by Flip_Side
Sgt. Ryan
I hate to say it, but Michigan looks to me like the #2 team in the country right now, closely followed by Fla. Then Id put USC at 4.
Sgt. Ryan
BTW, Les Miles is one of the worst coaches in college football. LSU better catch on, soon. They are too talented to have 2 loses already.

Then Id put USC at 4. That's my thoughts too, some reason i really think Florida gets the the NC game this season to face the Bucks or Wolves. I just don't want to see W.V or Louisville there instead of a possibly 1 loss Florida or Texas . I throw in Texas because McCoy is growing each game and they will be one of the top 3 teams by seasons end
Coffeeman
It won't matter unless USC goes undefeated. But if they do, then as long as Arkansas, Nebraska, Cal and ND keep winning (except for their loss to USC and any losses to date,) USC will be in the top 2 in the end. I like FL and WVU, but the Trojan schedule is pretty tough... Edited October 9, 2006 by Coffeeman

Rockerbraves
Where are all the good college football teams this year? With the exception of Ohio State (which could change any weekend) there really doesn't look to be many dominant teams this season. Edited October 10, 2006 by Rockerbraves
GWPFFL BrianW
There isnt a dominant team this year. Last year you had USC and Texas, and they both just went on a collision course and we all pretty much knew that. This year is more wide open, and thats why I think its more exciting. Although I think it will be a disaster if West Virginia goes undefeated and gets in over say, 1 loss Florida or 1 loss USC, or 1 loss Michigan. I just don't want to see them in the national championship game under any circumstance. The Big East is a glorified mid-major, with a bunch of teams that were mid-majors a mere 2 years ago. GWPFFL BrianW
Slightly different scoring margin in the 2 games, and also one was on the road, the other was on a neutral field. Apples to Oranges (no pun)
