bushwacked
Weird replay malfunction. Although that play doesn't get overturned. Excellent game. The The only 6 time Super Bowl Winners and YOUR DADDY are showing up and playing like their backs are against the wall. Rivers look like he might be a special QB, but it can't help that Marty has coddled him up until this point in the season. I took the The only 6 time Super Bowl Winners and YOUR DADDY +3.5 and the over. I still think that happens.
Skippy
This is looking to be a very good game. I think Rivers is much better than those stats are showing. A few of those passes should no way have been dropped. Also, I am very disapointed in the Refs. When did they trade teams? That was so obvious that his foot was out. Multiply that weirdness 20 fold during a Superbowl and you get an idea.

I hope your not talking about Rivers first TD pass. Saw the replay like 10 times and he was clearly in with possesion (and I am a Chiefs fan so I want SD to lose, but the refs got that call right)
Riffraff
He had 3 feet down, the 2nd foot's heel never landed out of bounds since his body was turning away from that foot.
Riffraff
Now the "in the grasp" rule has saved Rothlisberger twice now on fumbles.
LosGatosEnFuegos
Not sure how i'm feeling about this "in the grasp' business.
Gunther
Not sure how i'm feeling about this "in the grasp' business. Me neither. Why didn't they blow the play dead if that was the case...or maybe they did and I didn't hear it.
CaptainHook
It's bull. He should have two fumbles.

Sigalf03
I didn't hear it. Neither did Madden. well if Madden didn't hear it then it didn't happen, end of story it is a pretty bs rule Edited October 9, 2006 by Sigalf03
Menudo
It's bull. He should have two fumbles. Thought the first one didn't matter because his knee was down before the fumble. With the 2nd one, it was definitely a fumble, but, we don't know when the whistle blew.

With the 2nd one, it was definitely a fumble, but, we don't know when the whistle blew. That is right on the money. The first one would not have been a fumble due to the knee that was clearly down. The second one is another story.
