theeohiostate
Rotoworld Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald will undergo an MRI test Monday after saying that he felt his hamstring pop. "I couldn't even straighten my leg out," Fitzgerald added. Coach Dennis Green said that the receiver's injury "looks like it's going to be fairly serious," but that sounds like it could be an understatement. Owners of Fitzgerald should be bracing for the pro bowl receiver to miss some time, but they should also grab slot WR Bryant Johnson as quickly as possible off the waiver wire. Johnson caught 6 passes for 82 yards Sunday and was routinely targeted once Fitzgerald left. He did drop another key pass, but fantasy owners should not hesitate to immediately plug him into starting lineups if Fitzgerald cannot play. Steelhead
great Didn't you trade Gore for Fitzy? I remember seeing that in another thread. I think you had the RB depth to do that though right?

Yeah, I did. My WR's are Holt, Driver, Mason, Fitz, Jennings. Hopefully it's not too serious.
Steelhead
Yeah, I did. My WR's are Holt, Driver, Mason, Fitz, Jennings. Hopefully it's not too serious. As a Boldin owner I hope so too. They both are at their best when both are in the game. Yeah you will be hurting for WRs next week with GB on bye if Fitzgerald doesn't play. You could do much worse than Hot, Jennings, Mason and Driver in a 10 team league. You'll be fine is Fitz is out for a while.

CaptainHook
Bryant Johnson. Pick him up NOW. On the bench in two leagues. I always figure he's good for a couple games, 'cause Boldin always gets hurt. Now its Fitz I guess.

millerx
what quarter of the game did that happe in? I didn't see the game and I was going against Fitz today. Just curious, it balanced out because I had Roy Williams go down for me today.

Gunther
crap. What happened to Roy? Someone posted earlier that it was reported to be a shoulder stinger. All I have found is that it has to do with his neck/shoulder.
millerx
1 catch for 7 yds...that's what happened. I read somewhere that he got a stinger while catching his ONE pass. I guessing or hoping that was all it was. I'm looking to see if I can find anything definitive. Sorry to worry you.

I wouldn't be too hard on Roy having only managed to get one pass...it was the third play of the first series of the game that he got hurt.
