Jedi
Sorry if already discussed, but can someone clarify the "two week" suspension for me? Does the bye week count as one week or is the suspension actually a "two game" suspension? Thanks.

Big John
Bye weeks do not count toward the suspension lenght. The suspension is for the number of weeks the player's team is playing.
Big John
Yes it counted for Ricky last year. It does count. Ricky only played 12 games last year (minus the 4-week suspension plus bye week)
Jedi
I'm inclined to go with Big John but does this info reside somewhere so I can see it?

ajsdad
Chris Henry - WR, Cincinnati Bengals 10/6/2006 The NFL has suspended Bengals WR Chris Henry two games without pay for violating the league's Personal Conduct and Substance Abuse policies. He has also been fined $20,000. As a result of this suspension Henry is not allowed to practice with the club but is allowed to attend team meeting and work out at the Bengals' facility. The Bengals are off this week so the suspension will be for weeks 6 and 7, allowing Henry to return for the Atlanta game in week 8.
