LooGie
EVeryone usually gives OAK a free pass on penalties by saying "they're always the most penalized team in the NFL" or "it's a team of hard-asses, what do you expect?" But Shell was supposed to give this team some much needed discipline. This is just another example of why the OAK coaching staff is the worst in NFL history. Not only have they lost the respect of the team and made some TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE coaching decisions, they can't even do the one thing they said they would do. They can't even get these guys focused enough for a close game against a much hated division rival. OAK will lose a game in every single manner this year, from turn overs, to penalties to forgotten NFL rules (ie: lateral passes) They're a disgusting growth on the face of the NFL and I hate what they've become. Chavez
Yeah, they used to get all these penalties because "they play on the edge" and "are aggressive, tough mofos" - so you'd get personal fouls, and unsportsmanlike conducts, and pass int for over-aggressive coverage. Now they get tons of false starts because they're undisciplined and offensive holding because they can't block.
LooGie
On a somewhat positive note (As positive as it'll get for them anyway) they're feeding Moss the ball. He's acutally topped 80 yards. for Moss owners.
joe dirt
Something like 10 false starts????? The one guy had 4 by himself!!!!
msaint
Shell, no joking, looks like he's had serious head trauma and wanders the sidelines in a blank daze. I've never seen a man so unqualified for a head coaching job, if you don't count the homeless guy posing as Oakland's offensive coordinator.
