CaptainHook
Sadly, the question isn't which is better. The question is, "Is there a worse QB in the league right now than Big Ben?"

Menudo
how are your dreams this year? Well, now, I can stop dreaming about Steelers victories, and go back to my off-season dreaming of sharing my bed with Jessica Alba, Keira Knightley, & Jennifer Love Hewitt. Who needs the drama and heartpounding of playoff games, I need a year off......
wildcat2334
The question in my mind is, was Ben a one shot wonder? an overrated QB who was put in an excellent position to succeed, but as a result got way too much credit for Steeler wins. Now he is being exposed as a below average NFL QB with below average skills- and deserves to get as much criticism as praise and nut riding he got previously. Can't wait to hear the Ben apologists, he had a concussion, blah blah

giantsfan
To me Ben is a solid NFL starting QB who through no fault of his own got too much credit last season since he had a great team around him. BUT he has that ring and you can't take that away from him. As for Eli IMO it is hard for me to believe anyone could say Ben has more god given talent than Eli. With that said it doesn't mean Eli will live up to that talent. But if starting a team today I think you'd have to take Eli based on that talent and upside. But you can certainly do worse than Ben who again is a soild NFL starting QB IMO.

Where are you when he has his good performances ?
Menudo
You guys are missing the point, I asked which one was TALLER ?

Squeegiebo
Ben Roethlisberger or Eli Manning - Who is taller ? That's funny.

Menudo
Has that happened recently? Last week & against KC he had almost perfect QB Ratings and over 200 yards in the 1st halfs.

Where are you when he has his good performances ? You are far better off picturing Jessica Alba than me worrying about your effing Steelers. I really do not care, other than the fact that Roth stinks and I am sick of seeing and hearing his azz all over the place. I told you- his trip/tackle against Indy was one hell of a good performance. bushwacked
Last week & against KC he had almost perfect QB Ratings and over 200 yards in the 1st halfs. KC's defense is vastly overblown. They gave up 28 points and 3 TD passes to Seneca Wallace, in KC, in his first NFL start.

Yeah, what he said! And the DEN used them for 3 FGS!
Bengal Mania
That's funny. +1 I didn't vote, what's it running? A better question is who is going to be taller over their whole career, not just this year. Sorry, Medudo, but I gotta go w/ Manning on this one, too. Ben keeps taking those shots to the head (self-inflicted or otherwise), he's got to lose an inch or two, mostly in his neck compressing. (even when you're razzing yourself (kinda), some of the frothy-mouthed still don't get it.)
