Redzone Rowdie
I know there are alot of variables to scoring systems, but just curious if anyone else had a team set a personal FF best this weekend. In my 12 team keeper league we scored 175.98 points this weekend, and for me, that's a personal best! http://football22.myfantasyleague.com/2006/home/12621 Man, that felt good! Brady definately helped alot of teams out tonight! I'm looking forward to the Manning/Brady matchup next week! Chill a 6 pack, order a pizza, send the wife and kids shopping, and enjoy! CaP'N GRuNGe
OK, with Brady done for the night, here's the damage my team did this week. I'm not certain, but pretty sure this is the biggest week i've ever had in FF: QB Tom Brady 29.98 RB LaDainian Tomlinson 45.00 RB Larry Johnson 44.10 WR Marvin Harrison 8.80 WR Todd Heap 13.70 WR Alge Crumpler 17.20 PK Shayne Graham 10.70 DF NY Giants 14.80 Total: 184.
LosGatosEnFuegos
We just had a team break my league's one week record by putting up 174. The previous record was 169. This is the first year that we have a 9 man lineup though. Previously we started 2 WR, but moved to 3 this year. However, the team's 3rd WR Nate Washington only scored 3 pts this week, so the asterisk next to the achievement is a small one. Peyton Manning - 41 LJ - 42 Maroney - 10 Ocho Cinco - 15 Wayne - 36 Washington - 3 Gates - 8 Kaeding - 8 Philly DEF -

Redzone Rowdie
Wow, that's a bunch of points! Here was my lineup. Rex Grossman 28.08 Brandon Jacobs 10.10 LT 42 Plaxico 14.60 D. Mason 6.70 Reggie Wayne 33.8 Todd Heap 10.70 Josh Scoobe 8 Lance Briggs 8 Keith Bullock 11 Gerald Hays 3 Total : 175.98 The sad part is, I left Mike Bell on the bench and he scored 26.86, had I benched Mason I would have been right around 196! Cosmo-J
Yep, I had 185.2 with RWayne, Peyton, Colston, DesClark, Plax, and Fragile Fred, among others. That's my highest point total ever and needless to say, I won. My record is 4-4 so next week I'll most likely score 58 points and Lose. Sharpie
I scored the most points in our league's history this week. 131 scored and the average is about 50 per team/week. Shot_Kings
We just had a team break my league's one week record by putting up 174. The previous record was 169. This is the first year that we have a 9 man lineup though. Previously we started 2 WR, but moved to 3 this year. Pretty much exactly the same thing in my league, except my record was 141 in the 8 man era & the 9 man era record set this week is 142 - by the team that had been hands down the worst in the league up to this point. 27 - QB Brady, Tom 11 - RB Addai, Joseph 23 - RB Green, Ahman 12 - WR Burress, Plaxico 03 - WR Cotchery, Jerricho 31 - WR Wayne, Reggie 18 - TE Clark, Desmond 08 - PK Elam, Jason 09 - TM Giants, New York Somehow I doubt that this new record will last long. The undefeated team with Donovan McNabb (& Michael Vick), Larry Johnson, Frank Gore, Deuce McAllister, Torry Holt, Randy Moss, Reggie Brown, Tony Gonzalez, Adam Viatieri, & the Baltimore Ravens will put it all together one week & blow this record out of the water. This is a longstanding (10 years now) 12 team keeper league (5 keepers per team) & the undefeated owner has been diligent in all phases of the operation in building this team - via the draft, trades & working the waiver wire. Still we are appalled that we let him build this Frankenstein monster. But then he has spent the last 3 years being the "best team on paper" going into the season only to see it blow up in his face each time. Here's to hoping that the fantasy gods exact vengeance upon him yet again!
Bill Swerski
No a dominant team this year, but I had a squad back in 2000 that consisted of Gannon, Eddie George, Taylor, T.O., Joe Horn, Gonzo, and Stover. This was a league that only gave 1 point per 20 yds rush/rec and 1 point per 50 yds passing. I had something like 135 points in a week where Taylor scored 5 TDs against the Dolphins (or maybe it was the Steelers), Eddie George and T.O. both added a couple, and I think that the other two got into the endzone as well. And, of course, Stover kicked is usual 5 FGs that week. Edited November 1, 2006 by Bill Swerski
Rockerbraves
Not sure who my 14 yr old son has on his team but he told me this morning his team is 7-1 and he thinks he scored the most points in Yahoo history this weekend. He's always asking for my advice however the truth is he knows more than me. Just can't let him know till he gets older.

Redzone Rowdie
14 team league and you have LT and LJ?? How is that?? It's possible, if it is a keeper league. Kept LT in one draft and LJ in another year? I am set up very similar. I have SA who I drafted as a rookie and kept and then drafted LT in another season and kept him. So now I have SA and LT on the same roster as keepers. ( Although SA's not holding up his end of the deal this year!!!)
CaP'N GRuNGe
14 team league and you have LT and LJ?? How is that?? Actually got lucky enough to inherit a team when an owner left and kept LT, Westbrook, and Harrison. Then I draft LJ last year. Won the championship. This year I kept LT, LJ, and Harrison.
