Rockerbraves
im drowning... HELP HELP HELP! TEARS ARE EVERYWHERE! Ok I get your point. Now did you watch the replay of the calls made in that Auburn game? What is your opinion of those calls? Did those calls influence the outcome of the game? Ok, now did you happen to catch this Auburn game as well? If not, then watch this replay and tell me if your think this is a Forward Pass or Fumble? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64dPunGqg4k
GWPFFL BrianW
they influenced the game, however I don't remember any sympathy for me during the 06 Outback Bowl against florida, nor did I want any. Bad calls are apart of the game, and what those replays show, isnt near as bad as what happend to Oklahoma vs Oregon. OU was flat out robbed, in LSU's case, and in Iowa's earlier this year, plays still needed to be made afterwards. LSU could still overcome those bad calls, they didn't, and the bad calls during Iowa's comeback vs Florida didn't change the fact that Iowa played there 2nd worst game of the year on the field in 2005. You keep thinking this is an LSU thread? It's suppose to be about Auburn's national ranking.
GWPFFL BrianW
I say, a win is a win, Auburn has 1 loss, just like many others, and they beat LSU, and Florida, 2 VERY GOOD football teams, and should be rewarded for those wins regardless of whether or not some LSU fans think they got screwed. The team getting screwed out of this whole deal is Arkansas. But they get a chance to prove themselves in the next few weeks.

Not to sure about "a win is a win" thing in college football since there are no playoffs. You have to look deeper than a team's record aka Oregon/Oklahoma. Now if this was a playoff format than a win is a win makes more sense. Perhaps the reason why the Hogs aren't getting as much respect as you think they deserve is that the only quality win they really have this season is against Auburn a team who has slid by a few teams on some questionable calls, so that has to hurt Arkansas.
