cre8tiff
What other stinking group would sell over 30% of thier season tickets for a game to the opposing team? The freakin dome was louder on Rams third downs than Chiefs. The field boxes were a sea of red. Dis-gusting. And none of those lame "World Series hangover" excuses. What a lame football town I live in.

peepinmofo
Try Tampa, where the fans only like the team when they win, which has happened only 2 times this year. hahahaha Jolly?
Vet
I finally got Jets season tickets after 11 or 12 years on the waiting list. Problem is, when I applied for the tickets I lived in Manhattan - 25 minutes from the stadium. And I wasn't married. And I had no kids. Now I live 2 hours from the stadium, and I have a nagging wife and two screaming kids. And it's much harder to get to games than it used to was. So, I put a bunch of my tickets on StubHub. And, I've found that it's usually visiting team supporters that buy my tix. I actually feel bad about putting those people in the stadium. But, I trust the people in my section to spill beer on them, heckle them, toss chow on them, whatever it it takes. I actually just had an incident where I sold my tickets to the Jets/Bills game on Dec-10 because I thought I wasn't going to be able to go. Then, I found out I can go. So, I went on StubHub and bought different tickets. So now, after paying the handling fees (which are fairly substantial) I'm back in the stadium for the game. And, if I see some Bills fans in "My" seats, I can go up there and spill beer and toss chow on them myself! I'm actually looking forward to it! STL Fan
Man, no kidding. What a freakin' embarassment! We were selected the best sports town in America a few years ago by the Sporting News (HQ in St. Louis, by the way) and I bought it. Yesterday's fiasco was proof that this is still the best baseball town in the world, and only an average sports town beyond that. I would rather my tickets go unused than sell them to someone who'd going to come in to my house and cheer for the wrong team. As a season ticket holder I believe you have a responsibility to support your team, not undermine them in your own stadium! I understand if you need to sell some tickets if it doesn't fit your schedule (although in 11 years I never have), but for God's sake find someone locally who's a Rams fan! If you're one of the ones who sold your tix to Chiefs fans, shame on you. Can anyone possible even dream of this happening at Arrowhead, even considering that the Chiefs are the only pro sports team in town? (C'mon we all know the Royals are only an average AAA team.) STL Fan
By the way, I see a car around my neighborhood periodically whose plate is something like your username. Do you have personalized plates?
