chiefjay
Yes, great week. I haven't been nervous the day before a game in a long time, with the possible exception of some recent Tigers games. I still have man love for Woodson. I have his jersey on. theeohiostate
Man...has the air just been sucked out of this huge game....Bo's passing puts a somber feeling on the game. agreed, what impact could this have on the players mind set? It could swing the morale in either direction. I hope everyone comes to play clear headed and may the best team win. I'm already on Ebay checking out NC tickets I'll be waiting until the outcome looks clear before i buy them though. Never is a pretty strong word it's remembered alot more when it does not go as expected. This game is different, I'm not sure either side is clear as to what is expected. I can hear the Blue battle cry!!!! Win it for BO!!!!...OH BOY. Edited November 17, 2006 by sacosud

sacosud
Hey, You forgot Clarret Thats right, hes in jail. Yep...He's got issues. I watched the 2002 game yesterday and got to wondering if Mo with be watching the game today, it's a shame such a talented player can get himself so messed up in such a short amount of time. I sure hope he get's his head on straight and finds some peace within himself.

Bushey
Michigan wins an inspiring game. You can't draw up a better ending to the sad death to a great coach. 20-17 Last second field goal to win it.

Chavez
So how does a nails-tough D allow more than 10 points in a game 6 out of 11 games when a good-not-great defense allows more than 10 points in a game 2 out of 11 games? Also, did you see the stats on how many points OSU has gotten off of opponents turnovers last week ... 20-some turnovers and over 100 points off of those, as opposed to OSU's opponents getting 0 points off of OSU's foibles. That stat is rediculous. Michigan has better talent overall in their front 7, which apparently isn't showing up in the numbers.

piratesownninjas
TOSU: Tom Brady counts for 5 though so that's 41-40, what a game. As does Ty Law. Where is that vaunted defense that I have heard so much about from guys on this message board? The spread offense is keeping them off their game. That and Ryan Mundy making way too many mistakes. Berringer getting hurt is huge. We don't have a shot unless we change up out D. I want to see them blitz Smith like crazy. Im still not sure how he keeps on getting up after all the shots he's taken so far.

You were very close to predicting the score-which I giggled before the game started since this was supposed to be decided by the defenses and be a low scoring game. If MI hadn't made the two point conversion in the final minutes, it would have been 42-37. Just to point out-the only other message I have posted to this forum was after the first game of the season and I said Ohio State was clearly #1, but Michigan, which at the time was ranked #5, deserved to be ranked #2-just for the record. A fun game to watch today.

wildcat2334
I think the USC v. OSU game will be a great matchup. In a year of many teams making a pretty good case to deserve a shot at the NC, these two will give us the best game.

In a year of many teams making a pretty good case to deserve a shot at the NC, these two will give us the best game. I don't think it matters. I think OSU will now blow out any team they face. Even if they meet MI again-which is highly unlikely, I think they'd blow them out.
