keggerz Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 before they come back and rule on the westbrook reception at the 2... was ruled a catch and down by contact... on replay looks like it may have been a fumble but my question is since it was ruled down by contact can the skins be given the ball as a fumble recovery? i can see it being ruled incomplete but can they get it as a fumble recovery since the play technically is blown dead at contact?
