BlindZebra
What do the experts think about this Bradley kid? Is he a two week flash in the pan or is he the real deal down the stretch?? ??
Whiskey Pimp
Flash in the pan. The only reason his numbers looked decent yesterday is he turned in a short pass from Rex and took it all the way himself. Plus once Berrian is back, Bradley becomes what he was before these last 2 weeks.
Easy n Dirty
Flash in the pan. Plus once Berrian is back, Bradley becomes what he was before these last 2 weeks. I kind of agree with this, although I haven't seen much of the guy. Yesterday, the Jets were putting 8 and 9 men in the box all day (and still getting run over) and leaving the cornerbacks out there by themselves. For the most part, the Bears did not make them pay, at least through the air, but on Bradley's TD he caught a little 6-yard hitch pattern, and when the cornerback missed the tackle there was no help coming. Right now, the Bears passing game looks to be in a little bit of disarray to me, so I'd have trouble placing alot of value on a guy who is going to be the #3 wideout there as soon as this coming Sunday. BIG SACK
The Real Deal. Talented speedy WR with good size out of Oaklahoma. I like him. The Bears do too. Berrian might be in the way though fantasy wise.
Perchoutofwater
Bradley is the real deal, just a little raw. When Moose retires, I see Berrian being the #1 and Bradley being the #2. Remember, he was the starter last year before he got hurt, and was looking pretty good at that time.
Avernus
he did something last year before getting hurt....he's the real deal when healthy as Grossman likes throwing deep...and he's a deep threat..
Doc Holliday
Bradley can play. if Berrian is hurt than IMO Bradley will do what Berrian does..there is not much difference in the 2 to me. the Bears for the 1st time in years have some good recievers and depth to go with it. ABearWithFurniture
Bradley sucks...I'd advise not to pick him up and let some other fool in your league (like moi) take him... Seriously, he's the real deal but seems to have problems staying healthy...I think he's better than Berrian myself, but that's JMHO... Bill Swerski
Bradley has skills, but I see him moving back to the #3 slot when Berrian is healthy.
ROYALWITCHEESE
Bradley is LIGHTYEARS better than Berrian. But he's only recently reached the 1 year anniversary of his ACL injury last year--that's when you begin to fully recover. He was breaking out then, and now he's doing it again. Berrian has always been a kitty cat when it comes to these minor injuries and you are seeing it again. Bradley is being groomed for the #1 spot as Lovie has stated in the past. Berrian will be second fiddle, if that... Edited November 22, 2006 by ROYALWITCHEESE
rocknrobn26
I'm in agreement w/ much of the above. Bradley has all the tools. Speed, hands, and moves. Don't label him as injury prone after one injury! Berrian is good also. Personal opinion......Moose could move to #3 by next year. NO BS!!!! Red Barons
Im from Chicago and I wouldnt take a chance on playing any Bear receiver.I have Bears D thats it. Until any Bears receiver consistantly gains decent yds and maybe td I wouldnt waste a space on my roster. Hes on the wrong team before anyone can say hes the real deal or not. gilthorp
From a fantasy perspective, I thought he'd perform well in this two game stretch...and he did. From a football perspective, this kid can be used in different ways and has proved he's versatile. Last year, he proved he can go across the middle like those tough WR's (think Hines Ward as they are very similar in size). This year, they used him vertically in Berrian's absence and hasn't lost a step with his knee injury from last year. He was dinged in training camp and they just flat out babied him once Berrian started the season so strong. I wouldn't go so far as calling him a fantasy #3 this year...but next year, I'm not so sure.
Whiskey Pimp
It's Grossman that will hold back the Chicago WR's. It's starting to get cold and with that D, I see the Bears keeping the ball on the ground and chewing up clock instead of opening it up. They have a hugh lead in the NFC and should wrap up homefield in a few weeks.

cre8tiff
I've been REAL tempted to drop Berrian, as his production was slowing way down PRIOR to his injury, but since we play the full 17, and CHI has good matchups for passing down the line, I'm gonna keep him. Bill Swerski
Bradley is LIGHTYEARS better than Berrian. Apparently you're confusing Bradley with Marvin Harrison. Do you care to offer some evidence to back up that statement? Berrian has always been a kitty cat when it comes to these minor injuries and you are seeing it again. So Bradley tears his ACL and Berrian is the injury-prone Rosie O'Donnell? Classic.

Bill Swerski
Since when is an ACL tear a "minor injury?" Exactly. Better to suffer a few nagging minor injuries than an ACL tear. Most players who rely heavily on speed (like Berrian and Bradley) will lose a step after such an injury. Bears fans surely remember what happened to Marcus Robinson after he tore a couple of knee ligaments.
