Easy Cheesy Potatoes Prep- 20 min Cook- Low 5 hours( No High Settings ) CP- The usual (3 1/2 to 4 qt) 1- 28 oz package frozen loose-pack diced hash brown potatoes w/ onion and green peppers 1- 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (w herb if ya can find it?) 1 cup finely shredded smoked Gouda cheese( 4 oz) 1 cup finely shredded provolone cheese( 4oz) 1- 8 oz package cream cheeese, cut into cubes 3/4 cup of milk 1/4 cup finely chopped leek or thinly sliced green onions 1/4 cup chopped prosciutto or 4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled( do the pro or both) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives Step 1- In CP combine thawed potatoes, soup, cheeses, milk, leek/onion, prosciutto( no bacon here), and pepper Step 2- Cover and Cook **on low for 5 to 6 hrs**. Gently stir in chives and bacon before serving. Happy Thansgiving and Bon Appetite!!!
