I can't wait to hear the NFL talk its way out of this one According to Rule 8, Section 4, Article 2 of the NFL rule book, "If a runner intentionally fumbles forward, it is a forward pass." rebdog Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 SD is the luckiest team in the NFL this is the 3rd game in a row that they should not have won. uh, first off, you gotta be good to be lucky. i guess by your statement that because a team shows resolve and the ability to come from behind (on the road in Cinci and Denver) they are lucky? and at least they took advantage of the call vs. the Raiders.
