FishFreak
This is crappy news for Steeler fans, owners and Ward who I consider to be a warrior and great player. Per ESPN: Steelers | Ward has broken bone in his knee Mon, 27 Nov 2006 16:53:37 -0800 ESPNews reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR Hines Ward (knee) has a broken bone in his knee and is undergoing surgery. As previously reported, he is out for at least the Week 13 game.

nhoops
Any indications that the surgery will keep him out longer?
Gros Membres!
I have hear a week but a broken bone in the knee doesn't sound encouraging. Plus, why rush the franchise player (arguable) and Super Bowl MVP back?
capostatus
f*ck are you kidding me?? first ronnie brown breaks his hand now this........my team has no shot of a superbowl. stallworth is useless now with gollum at qb and plax/braylon are too inconsistent beyond that hines is one of my favorite nfl players and a warrior on the field, a shame that this happens to a guy like him
broncosn05
Things just keep getting worst for the Steelers. Is it wrong to pitty them?
Seahawks21
Knowing Hines he'll only miss a week. Chill out.
