jake_the_builder
RB Gore A Little Sore, Nothing More Jim Jenkins, Sacramento Bee - [Full Article] There was a collective sigh of relief at 49ers headquarters Monday with the news that the leg injury suffered by RB Frank Gore was not serious. Gore had X-rays taken at the stadium of his lower right leg. They turned out to be negative. A subsequent exam Monday disclosed nothing more than bruises above the ankle and below the shin. "I'll be ready," Gore said of his status for Sunday's game at New Orleans.
Venus
I need him too with Ronnie Brown out. Hopefully Addai will keep it up.
Chadman
I love this guy, but I remain concerned that he always seems to have something bang him up each week, especially for such a young guy. He is the key to one of my teams, and is a true difference maker the rest of the way, good or bad.

He is the key to one of my teams, and is a true difference maker the rest of the way, good or bad. I'm with you here. My chances at winning this year are directly tied to Gore being able to produce. I've got a two game lead in my division with two regular season games to go. I shouldn't complain because I'd have lost the past 3 weeks without him. mitpdub
Gore is playing, and although he missed part of Wednesday's practice, Mike Nolan during an interview this morning said Gore would be ready to play against NO. I've been talking about Gore all year and have him in all my leagues and he's been a steal. He has a lot of heart and will play even with injuries. It's his RB coach and HC that take him out because they realize that he's the most valuable player on the team. I hope to ride Gore through the playoffs because we know the niners aren't making the real playoffs so I expect Gore to be producing through week 17.
