Danny Zuko
He has been pretty dreadful the past 6 weeks, but fighting against bad weatheer, the absence of Toomer, and some pretty tough matchups like the Bears, this is the game he gets it together. Nothing should get Eli more fired up than a home game against a division rival like Dallas. A big game will erase of Eli's detractors and put the Giants right back on track. You heard it here first!!!!! Edited December 1, 2006 by Danny Zuko

NoSupe4You
Eli is in my line-up again this week (no other options really) which means he continue his string of sub 200 yard, maybe 1 TD, at least 2 interception performances.

Danny Zuko
Correct me if I am wrong, but Eli has been pretty good in divisional matchups as well.
junebugz
Correct me if I am wrong, but Eli has been pretty good in divisional matchups as well. Those have for the most part been his "bright" spots this year, if you can call them that. However, take a look at last year and he had a QB rating of 71.6 or lower in all but one of his division matchups ... including one against Dallas at home where his rating was 27.9. So, I would say no ... you are not correct.
CaP'N GRuNGe
I was tempted to start Eli (AGAIN) thinking he might shake off his funk and get down to business. Instead he's on my bench and Rivers is in my lineup this week.

Kansas State 2000
Eli and Shockey always seem to have decent games vs. the 'Boys. I do not care if they do as long as the final score has Dallas with the win.

Front Row
I picked up Garcia and am starting him this week over Eli. I have so much faith in mini Manning . His performance dictates such respect. However DZ, I sincerely hope that you are right and that I am making a bad choice here. The Eli of the first 3 weeks--> Where the he ll did HE go, and who is this awful new imposter?? Edited December 2, 2006 by Front Row
djryan21
I'm going with Pennington and picked up Cutler as another option. I think Cutler is too big of a risk, though Eli won't play until he shows his signs of improvement. djr.
Pope Flick
I traded for Eli to solve my QB woes in my local about 4 weeks ago. You know what? He sucks. Big. Time. You want to start him, good luck with that. I'm back to Carr.

Maybe they get their Sega! together, and it is in Giants stadium...but I still like Dallas' chance to walk out of there with the W.
