TheCMB
4 early carries - then nothing?!??!
msaint
Laurence Maroney left Sunday's game against the Lions after getting the wind knocked out of him. Patrick Pass spotted Maroney for a series and lost a fumble inside the Lions red zone. Maroney is no longer on the Patriots sideline and his return is questionable. If he's unable to return, Corey Dillon could be in store for a big game.
TheCMB
that makes sense, after I finally bench Julius Jones after a bunch of lousy weeks.

Rileyrott
To the bench for Maroney. Every time I play that guy, he sucks. NO MORE!!
The Holy Roller
After his two good games I traded TO for him figuring for a much better return plus Maroney is keeper material. Now I'm wondering.....
Czarina
"Wind knocked out" is probably injury speak for his lungs fell out or something.

msaint
"Wind knocked out" is probably injury speak for his lungs fell out or something. this is typical pats injury-hiding BS...no WAY he only had the "wind knocked out" and didn't return for final 3.5 quarters. we'll hear on monday it was a concussion or broken rib. he looked woozy and immediately signalled for a sub after he got hit. Wolv
we'll hear on monday it was a concussion or broken rib. I'd be surprised if Belichek gave up that much info. Secretive bastage.
