Skippy
I'm only in one redraft so I'm thinking that I would very much like to see LT as the new Madden project.
Tally
I believe they alternate positions from year to year. It was a RB this year with SA so I think it will be a WR or a QB next year. WR sounds right.

Bier Meister
madden should have images of refs on the cover

dabuffbills
maybe they should put Dallas Clark on the cover to make up for the commercial where gets the poop knocked out of him
Rockerbraves
Don't be surprise if you see Reggie who would attract more of the mainstream younger consumers.

peepinmofo
Wasn't he on it at the beginning of the season???? That wasnt the Madden curse... That was the IOwnedHim curse. As soon as I traded him, it went away.
slickvick
No I foresee a QB.Maybe Brees or Romo.Bush was just on the cover of NCAA so I don't think they will go that route.IMO LT will avoid the Madden cover like its the clap. rhippens
if he continues to finish strong, my sleeper pick for the madden cover next year is vince young.
The Wolf
The cover has gone as follows since 2001: RB AFC QB NFC RB NFC QB NFC LB AFC RB NFC That's 4 NFC players and 2 AFC players. It's also 3 RB's, 2 QB's and a LB. My guess is that it's an AFC player and is NOT a RB. Chad Johnson would be perfect...think of the quotes and things he'd say about how Ocho Cinco can break the curse. Free publicity for EA Sports and people would really be into what he has to say. They could run a markating campaign with CJ based on breaking the curse. If he fails, well, it's "Dan and Dave" all over again. If not CJ, my guess would be a guy like Champ Bailey. Get another defensive player in there and if he is not the most important defensive player in the game, I don't know who is. Ursa Majoris
I hope it's Arizona's third string running back, then I won't have to worry about it and nor will anyone else.

Madden people also like to match up the featured player with a new game feature. Culpepper - precision passing, Ray Lewis - hit stick, Shaun Alexander - truck stick. Maybe there's a new wide receiver function?

Then again, I am one of the few who does not play madden and does not own a video game console.
