fantasyguru#1
Actually if they dont rest the starters im sure that they are not going to give a crap on how they play against detroit.... So what may be a hard matchup for roy and company may turn ou tto be easy...

So what may be a hard matchup for roy and company may turn ou tto be easy... It seems as the Bears would at least want to play their starters at least one half. I don't see how they wouldn't give a crap, as they haven't played quality footbal near the level they had going early in the season. Every playoff bound team in the NFC is searching for an identity right now.

So what may be a hard matchup for roy and company may turn ou tto be easy... Lovie Smith has been quoted as saying that those who are healthy will start. So it sounds like the starters are all good to go, except Tank (who is suspended this week) and perhaps Thomas Jones (who may not be healty enough). kraftykraft
In fantasy terms, would it make a difference if they did? I would think that most players on the Bears O are so inconsistent that you would want to avoid them. If they rest players on the D, that could make a big difference to guys who have been pulling in 15-20 points a game from the Bears D/ST. loaf
Does anyone think Benson is then a "Good Start"??? You know how I'm starting Tim Rattay? I'm also rolling the bones with Benson...it's only a $10 league. It's been around for 5 years. I've been in the SB each year and never won. This year my opponent has LT and Marvin Harrison. I'm going all out...
gilthorp
I think this question is best answered by fantasyguru#2. The Bears aren't going to rest their starters unless they are piling it on. It's a pure crappy matchup without K Jones in there, they won't fear the run at all.
CaP'N GRuNGe
I believe I'm going with Grossman vs the Lions over Brady vs the Jags.
Ursa Majoris
Every year we have this "will team X rest their starters?" question. Think a minute.....the Bears played week 15. This coming week is week 16. Next week is week 17. The Bears have week 1 of the playoffs off. They finally play on January 14th. Do you think giving a team that relies on cohesion a whole month off would be a good idea?
