TheGrunt
wish he had been doing it all season. It's really too bad, and I hope he can keep it up next year. He turns 30 during the off-season so we can't expect him to get any faster or stronger at this point in his career.
Ralph Furley
wish he had been doing it all season. Or at least last week.
Seahawks21
Face reality. Shaun got paid. It is going to become harder and harder for him to get up for games. He got up for this one. If he decides to play in the playoffs, Seattle could still be dangerous...at least dangerous enough to be able to lose to somebody on a ridiculous late TD. It's only human nature for a player like Shaun Alexander, reaching the near-30 age, to have a minor decline after such a huge pay check like the one he received. I suspect he'll still have a good year next year, despite any injury he might or might not have in the future. He's been pretty consistent his whole career, and I see no reason for a player like Shaun Alexander to have a down year like this two years in a row. Besides, it isn't only Seahawk fans that are happy about Shaun Alexander's play this Sunday: I really, really, really would enjoy watching The Huddle win the SOFA Fantasy League Super Bowl; looks like it's going to come down to a MNF game for the Super Bowl title.
