frenzal rhomb
my opponent started Barber (M) over s alexander. While I kind of understand - how do you not play the number one pick in the draft over you three back?
msaint
my opponent started Barber (M) over s alexander. While I kind of understand - how do you not play the number one pick in the draft over you three back? congrats on the title ...man, hoping for the typical 50yds and a TD from barber is a reach when you've got alexander. guy probably figured SD defense would be tougher, but still, can't bench alexander in that spot. then again, the "always start your studs" theory was blown out the window by vick and steve smith this weekend. Skippy
I just squeeked out the win over a Barber starter as well. Mine was sick close though. He had Romo, Barber, and Akers and only needed 3.20 points. Philly going for it at the end and not kicking that FG, (which was the right thing to do), saved my ass. Otherwise, Akers gets 3 of the 3.20 points and all Romo needs at that point is one more completion and I am toast. Thank you Philly!

Grits and Shins
In F-OFF I won because Westbrook + Glenn + Stallworth could not combine for 35 points AND because Jeff Wilkins missed what would have been a winning FG in regulation allowing Steven Jackson to score the winning TD for another 9 points. I won in HCIII because I started S Jackson AND Romo managed to score just at 15 points allowing me to win by .4 points.
