xMRogers
I did - week 10 (trading deadline). Cost me $2400 or so as if I had kept him, would have won both semifinal (lost by 5) and then would have won in the SuperBowl (I did hang on to take third at least) In looking back, not sure what the he11 I was thinking at the time....really didn't need the players I got (Edge and Walker), but thought a little depth at WR (I ended up not even playing Walker in the playoffs), Edge's schedule, and Jackson's workload would make it a good trade Just looking for one other moron out there who had a playoff team, and yet decided to shoot himself in foot like i did. Randall
No way. Early in the season there were injury concerns but after a few games I wasn't going to trade him. I had him in 2 leagues. In the 1.5 PPR reception league he was great. Late in the season he and Reggie Bush(I had the 12 pick in the draft so the 1st in the rookie draft) they were both good. Who will be the late 1st round stud next year?
Sgt. Ryan
Traded Ahman Green, Todd Heap and Balt D for Jackson and dead weight. Green was outproducing Jackson by himself at the time of the trade, and Balt D at week 3, was the highest scoring player/D in the league. Throw in Todd heap, because I already had Colston and Ben Watson at Te, I gambled on Jackson. Bulger -6.10 LT - 1.3 SJax - trade Holt - 2.10 Boldin - 3.3 Plax - 4.10 Colston - 17.3 R Gould - WW NE D - 16.10 Needless to say in my local - I ran away with the title. Hat Trick
Before the season I traded him for Alexander, gratnted it's a league where the keeper values change after trading players, but I was real high on Jackson and not Alexander...................next time I will go with my gut!!!!!!!!!!!! Bronco Billy
Add me to the moran club. I traded Jackson last offseason for Tiki Barber and some spare change (primarily Dayne) in my dynasty league. My reasoning - if you can call it that now was the following: 1) I had a loaded team and was ready to compete for the championship this year. I promptly lost my first 6 games, of course. (Then traded quality vets for lots of draft choices & promptly won 8 of my next 10 games after the trades before just missing the playoffs at the end, but that's another story in a really weird year). 2) I already had LJ on my roster without his primary backup, and not having Jackson's backup but having Jacobs made Barber a better fit - especially since Barber was putting up much better numbers in our system (up to this year, of course). 3) I was worried about Linehan & his history of not working a RB as much as they are capable of & splitting the load amongst RBs. When STL signed Steven Davis, I was seriously worried about Davis gobbling up goal line touches & short yardage stuff, as well as stealing a series or two a game. Needless to say, it was a poor decision, even though I did end up with a 1st round pick for Barber two days before he announced his retirement after this season

Yea, you were on the opposite side of what I did...although realize I did it 7 weeks later ... I still can't believe I made the trade. heck, 3 days after the trade, i said to another owner - "think i may have just traded away a super bowl title for WR depth..." gogo2146
I did not trade him but I traded for him. The trade went like this Ronnie Brown Mia and A. Boldin for S. Jackson and R. Moss ( I think he will be traded to a good team this summer) This trade was made the week before Jackson went off for 51 points and two weeks before Brown hurt his hand. It is a keeper league so I think Jackson is the #1 or #2 back next year. Brown top 15 rb Boldin top 10 wr Moss who knows upside? My other wr are Great with the pick up of Colston. Run for the hills Jackson and then run some more!!
Retrograde assault
Had him on one keeper team for 2 years now. Hopefully S-Jax and a healthy S-ALex will lead me to the promised land in 07!
CarryTheRock
Nope...Drafted him in the first round and rode him to a Championship. it was sweet calling my arch rival who I was playing as he ran in the overtime TD... He scored 3rd in my league, just a few points under P. Manning. Couldn't have been happier. I drafted him at #6.
NAUgrad
Drafted him #10 overall in a redraft league, then turned around and drafted P. Manning. Rode them all the way to the championship. Although I have to say that picking up Dayne and starting him last week helped a ton as well.
