Bier Meister Posted December 28, 2006 Share Posted December 28, 2006 (edited) job search: opus rioja luca d'italia samba room cuba libre these are the places (in order of preference) of places i am applying. moving down here i was a bit worried about finding a job in a market where i know nobody (i could have 6 jobs at the finest restaurants in vail tomorrow). so far, every restaurant is interested in having me..... opus is trying to give some flexibity on how they pay and is offering to fund my getting my level 1 sommelier. rioja was not hiring... tues the chef/owner called to try to get me in...... in about a week or so i'll evaluate the offers and see what fits. edit: 12/28 rioja is out...can't get the days off i need, salary too low. edit: 1/4 luca is out......... salary too low Edited January 4, 2007 by Bier Meister Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hammer Chef pants with chili peppers on'em..... ...or is it more formal..........built a sports bar for a guy and loved the gear you chefs dawn....... maybe a Sports bar has cooks...... ....looked pretty f'n comfortable......
