i_am_the_swammi
FWIW, 610 WIP's Howard Eskin briefly mentioned "in the unlikely event the Lions do indeed beat the Cowboys earlier in the afternoon, there is a better than 50/50 chance that Garcia, Westbrook, and many of the key starters on offense and defense would see little more than a quarter to a half a game of work." Just in case people were using any key Eagle players in a big game, keep an eye on the Dallas game.
Egret
As much as I don't see it happening... I also see the Lions blowing the first pick in the draft somehow.

i_am_the_swammi
Phili homers...I have a few minutes left to change my lineup-do I replace Westy with Buckhltr? Thanks Check my above post....certainly appears so, if Dallas can't score the go-ahead TD.... tough call to make....but I would certainly think West is someone they will rest as soon as they have the division secured...he could use a rest. ebartender
Just heard that Garcia won't bve back in the game due to the Dallas loss. Westbrook won't get much more time either IMO.

If anyone out there STILL needs a reason to end the fantasy season in week 16, here's a few more.

This is ridiculous, it's a salary cap league and I could have started Willie Parker over him. I didn't know that there was a chance that Westy would even sit, I knew he was dealing with some illness but thought he would play. That's my fault for not looking into the playoff scenarios more, or the fact that I had no clue Detroit could beat Dallas.

If Dallas had done what they should have done, Westy would be in. Dallas lost, the Iggles are champs so they can sit their starters. And that's the problem with week 17 - it's a crap shoot.
