DMD
I think Manning can get some primo tickets a lot easier than you give him credit for...
Chavez
I don't know where it comes from - Archie never choked in a playoff game.
cliaz
I think Manning can get some primo tickets a lot easier than you give him credit for... Yea but I feel bad for the guy, I really do. He is a great QB but always chokes when it counts. I didn't follow him in college much but was he the same way back then?

I didn't follow him in college much but was he the same way back then? He never beat Florida. More damning was UT was always pretty well a win over Florida away from a national title - lo and behold, Manning graduates, they beat Florida and win a national championship. Vet
Peyton should have "Property of Ty Law" tatooed across his butt cheeks.

cliaz
This game is kind of painful to watch. This is Wild Card Weekend, right? Edited January 6, 2007 by cliaz
Hitman
I don't care if he throws 5 INTs......if they win. Luckily KC can't get going...but if they do and KC wins...it is Peyton's fault. The DEF has already done alot more than anyone expected. Geez Peyton...Vinatieri can't kick you 30 pts! LET'S GO PEYTON! isleseeya
Game is like watching paint dry ...as bad as manning is , the chiefs are embrarassing ...no 1st downs yet m..are u kidding me ?? Back to manning , simply disentegrates at playoff time ...never seen an athlete change the way he does as soon as the stakes get higher ...sad really
Bring Back Pat!!!
I don't think he chokes. He gets nervous, happy feet and presses too much. 0-4 against Florida in college. He graduates and Tee Martin beats UF and wins the Championship. Now he has a 'dubius' record in the NFL playoffs. I say choke. You say happy feet. The scoreboard says "L" and thats all that matters! cliaz
Well at least it's a 8 point game now. EDIT - wait. would that be "an 8 point game." or "a 8 point game." since the number 8 starts with a E does that mean it's get "an" instead of a. Or because I used the number itself it doesn't matter? Shorttynaz
He will never see the super bowl in his life time unless he is calling the game from the booth. He still makes the plays when he has to. He is 1 player out of 22 starters. There's 10 other players on offense that have to make their contributions as well. I hate to look back to last year, but what happened in the game against Pittsburgh? Where was the O-line? That's 5 players who weren't sure what to do. If your o-line is out of sync, that spells disaster for the QB. Duh.. But even in the game today, he threw 1 pass which was intercepted that was his fault. Of all people to be out of sync with him was Harrison. 2 times he ran the wrong route, and Manning threw it where he was supposed to, and it was Harrison, not Manning that made the mistake.. Oh well.. regardless, the challenge is now here. Playing against arguably the leagues best defense in a very hostile atmosphere. Should be a fun game to watch (unless you're a Colts or Ravens fan). Will your Patriots be able to follow suit tomorrow? They should, but anything can happen..
