GWPFFL BrianW
Look for USC to make a late surge up the ranks as well, as they have done so the past 3 years. I am pretty excited about Iowa, although the Clay kid is gonna end up at Wisconsin, which sucks.

Rockerbraves
The Latest: Tide staff calls on bayou prospects — 1/10/2007 Having won a national championship at LSU new Tide head coach Nick Saban is a well known man in the Pelican State and it was expected that he would try to use his former connections to recruit there this year.... Word has it that the only Five Star Louisiana college prospects are now talking to Sabin and Alabama Joe McKnight & Chad Jones
Bushey
One thing that stays constant is Boise State isn't even a blip on the radar for recruiting, but they consistently devour teams. Coaching and execution. I love it.

Rockerbraves
LSU junior defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey, considered by some a potential high first-round draft choice, said Sunday night he will return for a senior season. Nice to hear if you are a Tiger fan.
PantherDave
NC State gets two in the fold Owen Spencer Jimmaul Simmons Spencer WR/North Brunswick/-good hands and speed 4.49 40 Simmons S/ 195 6' 3"-nephew of DE Clyde Simmoms, 43" vertical and 4.53 40 speed Just more talent for a cuboard that is already stocked with good talent. O'Brien now has more talent at his disposal in Raliegh than he would of had at BC-looking forward to 07 football.

Chavez
never mind, I see (John Clay) did committ to Wiscy. What's your opinion on the kid? It's a subdued mania here - we're replacing a fine college RB who is essentially a slightly smaller, slower Ron Dayne with a complete stud at RB. The over under is the beginning of conference play for Clay to bump PJ Hill to the bench.
Rockerbraves
Here is a link that gives recruiting experts opinion on where they feel some of rivals.com top 100 prospects will end up signing. LSU will have a great recruiting class if they trun out right. http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/conte...=880&CID=628615

I was really drooling at the possibility of him and albert young next year, and then clay taking over the reigns full time his sophomore year. But he's a badger. Iowa will have to get some no name again, and develop him.
Rockerbraves
It's not you. I very much want more information about Oklahoma. Sooners have fallen out of the top 20 in recruiting and are presently tied with Big East Pittsburgh for the 21st spot . To put this into perspective Ole Miss from the SEC is currently ranked 16th. Sgt. Ryan
Oklahoma won a NC with recruits from John Blake. I hardly think Feb rankings matter much in August, if they aren't coached up.

JB recruits great players. He's widely regarded as one of the better recruiting coaches in the country. Butch took him to UNC with him. Oklahoma athlete Gerald Jones started it off by choosing the Vols over the Sooners, and things have snowballed since.
